there's been some speculation that merc are considering throwing in the towel and giving AM their cherry picked ICEs instead of using them in their own cars to have a better chance at dethroning redbull, i have no idea how legitimate that is because it sounds fucking insane.
Yeah I've heard these rumours but surely can't be happening? That said, its very interesting to have a Mercedes powered car that's so similar to the Red Bull design, those extra 4 BHP from the cherry picked engines could push AM level with RB. AM 100% have the best braking power at the moment and their ring wing design is fairly ingenious. Though I'm not convinced their aero is as strong as RB.
Whatever's happening I think we can all agree there's some weird ass shit happening at Merc this season.

plus AM's braking zone domination means we're probably gonna see some crazy deep dives from Alonso!

so many red flags, feels like f1 is trying to become nascar or something. There is shit like yellow flags or speed limit zones nowadays to prevent stopping a race when removing a beached car

maraudeRanother display of redbull dominance
interestingly, this is only the 7th grand prix ever to have all entrants finish, 6th if you exclude the US grand prix from 2005, which only had 6 drivers enter.
5th if you also exclude spa 21 also
