Shoutout to Gideon and Being esports for putting the whole thing on and being genuinely the best non-tf2 org I've ever worked with. It's been so good to work with a group of people as supportive and passionate as you are
Shoutout to kritzkast for inviting me and organising so much, to all the production champions for the tireless hard work that you put in every single time, DCS Canfo and Supra for doing all the complicated tech and admin stuff I'll never understand, and to the rest of the gang at Basestack including the bar staff and security for keeping us going the whole weekend.
Extra shoutout to Jmax who's an absolute king and puts so much work and dedication into every event he works even if, in the eyes of some old guy like me, it feels like he only joined the world of tf2 production recently.
Shoutout to all the other talent that worked so hard to put on a great show, BenPL, not Steven, Jake, Surny, Wan and Lucky. Bonus to Lucky and Wan for being genuinely just great friends and forming a trio of idiots with me to create the best sofa segments to never be able to be aired.
Shoutout to all the teams for some crazy close tf2 throughout the whole tournament as well as being great to talk to in the limited downtime.
Shoutout to the 14 hour road trip crew Turbotabs, Samus and Lux, and the 1000 mile pringles. Much love to twiikuu and Cupcake for being great friends that it's been a long time since I've been able to see.
As always sorry if I forget anyone but bonus shoutouts to KO, whip, Tob, Raf, Alba, Smirre, Marten, Warped, Piggles, midnight 6s + anyone who bought me a drink.
Final bit of love goes to the folks who came up to me and complimented the casting over the course of the event, I was probably half thinking about the next thing to do when I looked confused and said thanks but it genuinely means a lot to know that people enjoy it and makes every event feel so positive

shoutout to Being Esports: Gideon, Paul, Lukas, Kevin and Nathalie brought as much passion to the event as any TF2 player and spent months working on this to make sure we had the best event possible, we could not have done this without you as an org and as individuals
shoutout to Wiethoofd for running around making sure everything worked and letting me sit on my ass pressing buttons
shoutout to Simon for roaming camera, crowd reactions and replays were fire and I didn't know how much I wanted those transitions into game
shoutout to Antimation for production, handling the desk segments meant I could take a breath and think about other things and my sanity is so damn grateful for that
shoutout to Samus and Beater for observing despite all us yelling in the background, I'm sorry we locked you on the other side of the venue but hopefully the crowd sound made up for it
shoutout to Benpl, Surny, Not Steven, eepily, wandum and jakeowaty for casting and doing justice to every single match, you make it a pleasure to listen back to all the clips and VODs
shoutout to Lucky for hosting, breaking everything down and keeping it running smoothly no matter how long I told you to fill for
shoutout to supra for the servers, the hotfixes and the pugs, you are the reason this event ran so smoothly
shoutout to DCS and CanFo for adminning, this event had more moving parts than any I've previously done and you kept it running
MASSIVE shoutout to Denny from BaseStack for fixing our audio issues and making sure we actually had sound
shoutout to Whip for force-feeding me tequila
shoutout to piggles for the beer
shoutout to fishyard (1-1 drunk chess score)
shoutout to everyone I cooked with in the bar after finals
shoutout to the crowd, we need more stage matches next time because there is no feeling quite like hearing you roar
shoutout everyone I've missed, everyone I chatted to and everyone I didn't get a chance to talk to, LAN is what makes this a community I want to be in
this is the first time I've left LAN without LAN blues. every other time, there have been things to improve on, bits to add, mistakes to fix, but this time we nailed it. everything I wanted at previous events, we had. stuff I didn't know I wanted, we had. sure, we can improve it for next time, but thanks to all the hard work that so many people put into this, we did LAN right. I did 5x 20 hour days and I do not regret a thing.
Being Esports motto is "doing esports the way it's goddamn meant to be" and thanks to them and all of you we did TF2 the way it is god damn meant to be.

Super beautiful tradition and after meeting you all, I am not suprised that a community like this has a such a tradition :D
I will do my best to not forget anyone:
For starters, thank you to the TF2 community and especially those trusting us an entirely new organizer to actually come to our event. This would have not been possible without you and it warms my heart that it worked out so amazingly well in the end. I am not overexagarating when I say that I NEVER thought, people would be so open, kind, amazing and warm this weekend.
The biggest thank you MUST go to the huge row of people that worked their ass of before and during the event. DCS, JMax, Wiethoofd, Beater, CanFo, Samus, Antimation, Agro, Supra, Benpl, Decaf, Jakeowaty, Surny, Lucky, wandum, eepily, Notsteven and Chiers. Without them basically working for food and hotel this would not be possible and I hope everyone understands and appreciates that.
Also huge thank you to our team at BEING ESPORTS Kevin, Lukas, Paul, Nathalie, Axl, and Benni for almost making me obsolete by doing their job so freakin well both on site and before the event. Seeing us grow makes me su fuck*n proud of you all.
Thank you to BaseStack for giving us a home and trusting that we would make the event work without having any idea of the number of people that would attend. I am happy it all worked out in the end and can't wait for next year.
Thank you to KritzKast for letting us use their channel for the broadcast.
Thank you to Valve for the amazing shipment of prizes and valuable merchandise.
Thank you to Memory PC for the stage setup - we wouldn't have had without PCs to do it without you.
Thank you to be quiet! for reducing our cost for lanyards and snacks and for providing prizes for our side events.
Thank you to my amazing girlfriend for not only putting up with me constantly working at events but actually joining in on the fun.
Thank you for all the kind words after and during the event. I got teary eyed more than once on the way back thinking about these.
Also thank you to my immune system for not making me get sick this time around (YES! :D)
If I forgot anyone - please don't hate me. I love you. See you in 2025.

I generally just wanna say thanks. this was my first ever LAN and it was the most amazing and it was just amazing being in a room with people i know love the game. I felt so home at the event i cant even explain it tbh. cant wait for next year where i hope that i can sing even more songs and get drunk with people again and FINALLY get my chess game get against jmax. And gideon thank you thank you thank you for being the nicest german man i have ever met. you did an amazing job giving the people at kritzkast what they needed to make this even so so special. Also thanks to basestack for thinking we were good guests :D
