Talib Kweli did some good stuff under Reflection Eternal and had some good appearances on other songs.
The Last Emperor is good music, not sure if he was put up already.
Gnarls Barkley before he became Cee-lo Green. Wasn't a fan of The Lady Killer.
Childish Gambino is damn good. You'll love his tracks even more if you liked Community.

Nujabes and RJD2 aren't rappers by the way. Well, RJD2 did sing on Third Hand but a majority of his production lies in instrumentals, not actual singing. If you like Nujabes, though, go search for "Soon It Will Be Cold Enough" by Emancipator. Not by him but it's very similar.
