garm3n hud sizzling stats/motd problem

Hi, so I recently installed garm3n hud and every time I open sizzling stats (.ss) the window opens up into a small box instead of filling the entire screen (the MOTD when I join servers is also like this except all the way to the left). I tried to fix it in hudlayout.res by making the x and y pos of HudMOTD bigger but it doesn't change anything. Any fix for this?

For people that happen to come across this because of the same problem just DELETE TextWindow.res AND TextWindowCustomServer.res in common>Team Fortress2>tf>custom>"name of your folder">resource>ui

Could this have something to do with the HTML MOD option in TF2? I run Garm3nHUD and have no issues with SS.

Yeah I have this problem too, I've been editing HUDs for a while and tbh I have no idea what the problem is/could be, I just don't know if its a file or something inside of the hudlayout.res

Problem happens here as well. Duels are broken as well.

How recently did you install Garm3nHUD? Did you get the newest build (v145)? I believe this was released after SteamPipe update…

I'm using v145 right now. I'll update to v146 to see if it works.

try deleting the textwindow in resource->ui, its called textwindow most likely or somewhere along the lines.

I found out what the problem was. Just some jumbled code in TextWindowCustomServer.res You'll need to go in there yourself and fix things up. TextWindowCustomServer.res makes up the MOTD and the window that pops up when you type .ss.

When you join a server, and that MOTD pops up, you'll need to edit TextWindow.res to fix it.
