console command for crosshair size?

this cross shaped crosshair always has a random amount of space between the middle of the crosshair and where the pink part starts. Is there a console command that controls this distance or how does this work? picture describes better than I ever will with words

I dont know the command but I know you change it in advanced options by waiting as it increases and decreases in the multiplayer options

He's talking about distance from dot, when you select that crosshair it's going to be like in second picture and after game restart it's going to close distance to the dot. It's just that crosshair itself doing it, don't know the command for it.
