As most looking threads go, looking for a strong well dedicated team to finish out the season with for s15. Im well dedicated and always willing to learn and full of hats.

-Available M-F(maybe Saturday/Sunday) p.much all day
-Dedicated
-Can Pay my league fees np
-I love to pug and would like the chance to consistently scrim like 2/day or more
Pros & Cons:

Great DM
Can partially maincall
Can put out a lot of damage with tanked buffs.
Aggressive Demoman when needed
Can land fast rollouts
Fit well with a team that can work around my agressive plays.
Adjustable to counter enemy's play style during games.
C:
Need work on constantly calling damage (sometimes doze off and forget to call damage)
Positioning needs work but definitely improving

Played with this kid a lot in cs, he has great gamesense not only in cs but tf2 as well. Solid Demo fragger. Deserves to be put on a strong and dedicated team.

I'm constantly surprised at how well he is able to pull shit off. He has a really good sense of positioning and can call if needed. Can sound a little abrasive at times but does not intend to come off as such. +REP :P

He actually has really good DM. I was on a team with him for a short time a while ago, and his attitude and DM have both improved considerably since then. Might be overly aggressive at times, but he's definitely worth trying out.

got some crazy dm, never played on a team with him so i cant really vouch for his gamesense but, he seems like a decent guy definitely give him a tryout.

Needs to be at 260 to really be effective when going forward. Has the ability to put out 400+ dpm if he actually does get his 260.
He also may rub a few people off as being a little too proud (I don't subscribe to this as much, however). His attitude towards achievement and progress is very good. His best bet is to join a team that builds around him and pushes based on his level of aggression.
