kirbyWitcher 1 & 2, Borderlands 1 & 2, Dark Souls (dunno if this game relies on a good cpu oir gpu but my gpu is pretty outdated now and I run it close to fine enough), Elder Scrolls series, Walking Dead (telltale), Tomb Raider (game still looks great on lower settings).

I could probably list others, but I'm not too sure what kind of games you're into.

Quake, StarCraft ONE(can't say SC2, even on lowest can take some work, depends on the card), Counter Strike 1.6, WarCraft 3?(idk if they still do that), and CSS(doesn't really require a decent graphics card imo).

I get 100 FPS in TF2 and 300 in Source.

Quake is probably your best bet if you want something relatively close to comp TF2. Other than that, SC2, CS, DOTA maybe? not sure how well that game scales with lower end machines. Also Poker if you live in a state where it's legal.
