using centos 6 64bit and i installed MM:S 1.10 because the supposed stable version 1.9.2 has issues with sourcemod latest version 1.4.7. so using meta list on command it does succesfully say that the sourcemod is loaded. So i went ahead and uploaded latest soapdm but i couldnt start the server at all.

ive followed the recommendation from sourceop and here and removed the old files and reuploaded, hiowever once i uploaded sourcemod my server doesnt even start now

Check sourcemod's error logs.
it's in the sourcemod directory in /logs/
If you can get sm running again, "sm plugins list" will show you all loaded plugins and return any errors into console.

so i deleted everything again but this time uploading 1.10 meta 1.4.7 and then started server and stoped it again so i can upload soapdm and it now works for some strange reason. Anyway thanks for the assistance

SourceMod has been buggy for 3890 and 3891, I had to edit a bunch of servers last night fixing it. Try 3877 that's what I'm using and it's fine for me (so far)

my server crashed alot of time so i ended up uploadnig from a friends sevrer who is working but i still get the segmentation issues. I retraced my steps back when i managed to get it working but now i get the segmentation issues. Really wierd.
I run metamod 1.10 and sourcemod 1.4.7 but i tried your recommendation mawr and tried 3877 but still get the segmentation issues but tahts when i only upload metamod and sourcemod, i tried deleted clientregistry.blobb but no success.
