Animus Victoria was able to take one more round than I thought they could on badlands Monday night, but even though both Noko and Kraka had a great game it wasn't enough to take a win. During the second half, Animus really pulled out the stops and played well and grabbed two rounds before succumbing to the kritz from Pot and Dingo. Slinky had an amazing game, doing a ton of work for his team at mids and with a little help from Joe was able to win a lot of the team fights as well. This next match will be the third time Dango and Rastlemania meet this season, and only one of them will move forward to the grand final.

The lower bracket final is going to be exciting, as the last time these two teams met Dango was able to take the only win off of the Italian Stallions of anyone in open. Pot and crew are going to want revenge, but on a map like process it might not be as easy as they hope it can be. I fully expect Screws to continue to play a smart positioning game that we've seen during this post season on a map where it is so easy to kite ubers on every point, which means the rounds will be long and very back and forth. Throw in the fact that process is a veritable roamer playground for Sneaky to abuse, and it makes for another win for Dango very possible if they play tight. However, this means they're going to have to outplay Rastlemania during the transitions and if Slinky and Arctic Joe keep up the kind of play they showed against Animus, its not going to be pretty for Dango Daikazoku. Its going to be a close match but in the end I don't think the Italian Stallions are going to underestimate Dango again after their loss on granary. I'm predicting a 5-4 in favor of the Italian Stallions.
