Teams
With Gpit out of the rotation the home/away layout of team pages that was ported from counterstrike is now completely obsolete. Remove the home/away system and just randomize the starting sides. I think this picture speaks for itself.

Add team name history. Just like individual name history, but for teams. It would be easy to implement and make understanding past seasons and teams a lot easier.
When a team dies, overturn all their matches to forfeit losses. This might sound strange, but it means that if a team with a good record dies the entire division's record won't be messed up when determining playoffs.

-heal stats
-classes played
-medic picks
-midfights won
-headshots/backstabs
Hell, you could even get ambitious and create new stats like:
-seconds ubered
-overheals
-medics dropped by player
Also, delay stats so that they update at the same rate of STV so the outcome of the match can't be spoiled.

Completely agree with this, it will also make it easier for projects like comp.tf to build an history of the competitions.
Also, logs.tf seems to have a huge popularity in Europe, the same way sizzling stats have a huge popularity in NA, maybe try to integrate one of them or even both for all matches? If not directly in the client/site maybe allow it to appear as a linked attachment in match pages? Would also make our jobs at a lot easier.

A better incentive to play ESEA pugs over inhouses/IRC. As is, people only use the client/premium for league matches, the pug service is rarely (if ever) used.

Doesn't use stats, it queries the server directly.
