Hey everyone looking to buy my first decent PC that will be able to run games at an acceptable FPS and quality level. Im not looking for anything amazingly high quality just something functional, sturdy and decent performance.

Agreed, you don't have to be an expert to make a pc. It just suits the PC making companies to have everyone believe that.

Building your own computer gives you way more performance for price. Assembling it is not really that difficult and its good to know how to do it if you ever want to upgrade or change out parts. If you're worried about not doing something right you can always get a friend to help you out or something. I'd definitely recommend building up your own rig.

Oh crap. I can't read. But I have an fx-6300 and I get ~90fps in intense firefights.

Dude there is literally no need for anything more than a gtx 650 for tf2. Especially seeing as most people run it at like max/highframes. 4770k with integrated graphics (ran this by accident on first day) got 200fps in random pubs on dx8
And yeah for streaming/overclocking aftermarket cooler is a must. But op are you doing only tf2? Or other games like crysis/bf4/etc that are more graphically demanding?
