Just be in good health. Exercise regularly, drink plenty of water.
i heard brusing ur teeth helps w/ tracking so if ur bad at pistol make sure to brush ur teeth allot and also to make sure to eat carrots 4 eyesite
it's probably just a placebo type thing but I like to have a warm drink before match time, like tea, and I also bounce my feet basically the entire time I play, idk why

Keeping your nails short helps too. I don't always remember to until I start accidentally hitting keys.
Getting enough sleep is important. When I was getting four or five hours, I did terribly during scrims. I forgot to do simple things and just couldn't stay focused. Bad reaction time.
Eating before playing might be a good idea.
A lot of water is important. I hate noise, but Mumble makes a helluvalot of it, and it gives me a headache. But I think not staying hydrated contributes to that.
Take breaks of ten or fifteen minutes between hours maybe. Pace, grab some refreshments.

i play like dogshit if i'm short on sleep. also make sure to eata couple hours before you play and i usually get coffee or something. i can usually tell when i'm watching a demo of myself if i was wired or not lol.
