The Round Robin Halloween Special TEAM Tournament

I wasn't a fan of how the brackets panned out ("hey, let's match the plat/gold team against the steel/silver team!").
The brackets also were put up 20-30 minutes before the event started, when they were supposed to be up the previous day.
The steam chat was a gigantic clusterfuck. Information was poorly relayed because of that. In future, announcements should be used.
This didn't feel casual in the slightest. Once again, thanks for severely damaging a friend group.

I can say the Girl Gamers squad had a wonderful time, as a pyro I enjoyed the water map because neon light thingy is stupid fun! Take the tourney with no prizes and had Halloween maps as a joke and have a blast next time. Play the teams that shit on you it will happen take it for the fun of it all.

Yeah sorry about not having the scheduled up sooner. I think the admin that was supposed be doing that wasn't able to so we had to scramble to do it the day of the event.

Two of the players on my team got banned before the first match even started. On our second match, random people from other teams were joining, making it 12v12. When we asked an admin to do something, her response was: "what do you want me to do about it".
Other than that, the first match was pretty fun.

idk about you guys but i had a fun time. We didn't take it seriously and we all had a blast.. You shouldn't be going in with these amazing high expectations for a tournament that's put together for free and out of the good will of Elena and company. If you took it seriously to the point to where it damaged friendships, then you are indeed the problem, not the tournament.
