Maybe not recently, but br0 has made a bunch of contributions to the TF2 community individually. mesr, yz50, and blaze are people I know that have done mentoring before (mesr helped my team out greatly in the beginning) and a lot of br0 members have MGE videos that a lot of people still watch. Plus br0 is one of the most amusing teams to watch when they do stream.

Back when communityfortress was up and had the mentor program going I was one of the most active mentors, slin would back me up on that. Not sure where all ur hate is coming from lol. I donated $100 to the extv chipin to help mixup and lg get to i46. I think we've all done a fair amount to help the community. I wouldn't have a problem mentoring/helping people who donate, I already do that for people who ask me or add me randomly. I'm actually curious why us "having fun/trolling" angers u? I don't think any of us are going to change the way we play the game. It's not like anyone is being directly effected by it.

Clockwork, who is a part of br0, shot and uploaded a fairly large number of videos over the last lan weekend which I'm sure quite a few people enjoyed. He and Shade were the only ones who did so, iirc.

I'm sorry if I came off as a giant dick here, but lemme put it this way.

You guys may have mentored people and stuff a while ago. However, that was then and this is now. Since br0 became br0, the perception is definitely that your team is p lazy. The easiest way to correct this would be to agree to mentor anyone who donates who wants mentoring. I don't see why that would be so difficult, seeing as how you're asking for so much from the community.

we mentored all of last season, i think this is the first season where the majority of our team isnt mentoring, but yeah were willing to mentor again.

you just wouldn't know unless you added br0 players on steam, people on the team have always accepted requests and mentored anyone that asked. Just because it hasn't been advertised doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Let's do a newbie mix event with eXtv (who's shown interest in them) and the 200 newbie 6v6 players that show up every weekend to learn from experienced players. We have little invite help compared to how many invite players there are (like 1-2 at most while tons of invite players are streaming or pugging amongst themselves), and if you guys come by I guarantee I can get like 250/300 newbies in there at any time of night.

I just need some help as far as coaches and mentors go and we can make these bigger and more self-sustaining.
