The only thing WE can do is ban him from community servers (MGE, DM, etc) and pug groups (pug.na, mix, etc). Also refuse to pick him up on future teams (unlikely to happen)
He will not get banned from ESEA because:
A) The client is shit
B) And more importantly, I don't think he cheats on his main account at all
