Friction and Arm Aim

I am with my arm, 10in/360. My arm has too much friction when aiming. I've tried using random rags, or torn window sheets, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Hold it above the surface of the table about an inch. It might be difficult to sustain for 2 or 3 hours at a time, but I believe in you.

I buy pizza (pizzahut because it's super greasy) and just rub a slice onto my hand.

Or you could use a book or something to prop up your elbow so that you've only got two points on contact with your desk on your mouse arm rather than the entire forearm in contact.

ToastyTHTWinter is coming, so...
A long sleeve shirt?

This is what I do all year. It sucks during summer months though.

I had this same problem for a long time. I have a corner desk that's shaped like an "L". My mom bought glass counter top things to protect the wood. Unfortunately that results in my bare arm sticking to the glass like crazy. I tried using cloths and stuff to rest my arm on, but those tended to slide around too much and fall off my desk.

If you're setup involves just your wrist resting on your desk, you should be able to get away with just wearing a wristband. However, a long sleeve shirt is really the only solution I can think of if you're resting most of your arm on your desk.

My setup for reference:

I put small wheels on my arm so my movements are elegant like a swan when I launch pipes at my enemies, you might need brakes for them. I don't because I have next level control.

atmoI let my mousepad curl over the edge of the desk.

I do this as well since I have a pretty big mousepad, but I use mostly wrist aim.

While we're at it I also wanna ask for suggestions, (excuse the shitty paint image) but I use mostly wrist aim as thats how I felt confortable at the begining since I had quite a high desk and couldnt reach the whole arm over it.

But as of lately my wrist starts hurting after some gaming sessions and it becomes really disconfortable, I think my arm posture is definitely the reason, I got a new desk this year, a bit less high but still higher than what I expected so I still wrist aim and same way, should I change to arm aim or something? I don't want to end up with a wrist injury or something.

The problem is that the only support of my arm is my wrist on the edge of the desk and that really stresses the wrist a lot after some time as it is bent and moving a lot. And I also use only like 10% of the mousepad area as you can see from the pic above

For ergonomics, and to prevent any damage to your arm, you will want your arm to lie at the same height as your hand, with no bending of your wrist.

I suggest getting a chair with arms, or try pushing your monitor, keyboard, and mouse further towards the back of your desk so you can rest your arm on the front of it.

I have a chair with arms, and quite high ones, but I still bend my wrist a lot.

I have tried today putting my mousepad vertical and extending my whole arm over the desk like below, feels really strange tho, and what feels stranger is that to type my right hand is really far from the keyboard
