"tf_weapon_criticals 0" Random crits
"tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 1" Shotgun pellet spread fixed instead of random
"tf_damage_disablespread 1" Damage being consistent instead of random (a no scope will be 50 all of the time not 48-52)

fixed weaponspreads are on, crits and damagespread is on for now just so the server's quickplay eligible but i'll turn them off once there's a decent playerbase

I know there's a lot more out there but this is what I could find really quickly off the top of my head. And there's always map makers who are looking for servers that are willing to run/test their maps! I'm sure a lot of them would really appreciate you running their maps! :)

Whenever I fix my computer I would love to pop in for some time. My biggest request is custom maps. Maybe its just me, but I love playing custom maps, even if they arent so perfectly balanced, just balanced enough to make things fun and they are something new. If your server would be a one where custom maps are played on a regular basis, I would make it my go-to place for pubbing instantly.

Not sure if the Gunslinger and Wrangler ban is necessary though. I mean, sure they are annoying and maybe could use a nerf, but its not that bad most of the time. But I dont mind if theyre banned, just saying. I never play engie anyway.

for some reason the server randomly filled up about 2 weeks ago and has been 24/24 almost every day since, so if anyone wants to join/give feedback it's a pretty good time
