So team Anyhow was suppose to go against team Daddy in the semi-finals at 9pm GMT +8

Team Daddy didn't have 2 of their main roster so they opted to get ringers but team Anyhow declined it. So team Daddy had to contact their main roster line-up to play the match and had to ditch their real life issues and etc.

Sharp 9.30pm GMT +8 team Anyhow just left the server without even compromising or asking Daddy's team leader if they are fine to wing it at least 8 players (which daddy's team willing to do) and claimed and forced a forfeit and declined any request for even a reschedule.

I guess i'm just really mad right now and i apologize. I guess it's a game and people will do anything they can to get easy wins.

While I understand your frustration your team was in breach of the rules. I have reviewed all of the evidence you provided including the STV demo. You had at least 2 mercs which were not approved and would not leave the server. Team Anyhow refused to ready up until they left. Anyhow would have been in the right to claim a forfeit on you at 15 minutes past the agreed upon time. The were gracious in waiting 30 minutes. You cannot hold up a match indefinitely. People have personal lives and you cannot expect them to sit around waiting too long. You could have readied up at any time to play 7v9 but you did not even attempt that. It is your team leader's responsibility to manage the roster and make sure that a least 7 people are in the server and that the team is readied up by 15 minutes past the agreed upon time. It is not considered poor sportsmanship that Team Anyhow gave you double the time stated in the rules to get your roster sorted out.

Based on the rules i agree that Daddy's is at fault but at least Anyhow could have the decency to ask come to another agreement whether Daddy's team is fine to play with 7 before leaving or at least come up to reschedule the next day or something.

The main reason i'm mad is that some-people in team Anyhow are just bunch of push-over, hypocrite, annoying, self-centred, ignorant pricks and sadly those people are the biggest influence in the team.

I'm just really upset that they don't even have a decent sportsmanship taken it's the semi-finals instead of trying to earn a spot they rather just find loop holes to get it.

If they were so-called gracious as they claimed they would have actually asked the other team leader what's the next move instead of getting such a win in a semi-finals.

I know my rant is useless and stupid but i just really feel really mad, upset and sad that the biggest influential idiots in Asian community (South East Asia mainly) are a bunch of idiots.

Also snowblind, did both teams post on the match comms prior to the match on when it's actually scheduled?

this is why for ugc i suggest adding random players to your roster without their permission and then asking them to ring if the need arises

Well, i played like at least 3 matches this season with 8 players instead of 9. We won 2 of them.

Surely they can wait for 30mins, given they were not entirely on time and 30mins isnt too long for gamers like them and how they were still in tf2 or online after the session. hunter mentioned he has an impt dinner at 945 but agreed the match to be at 9. Im sure he plans his lies, i mean time well, given he knew fully the match surely would end around 10.
If you actually want to win this league, dont u think u would have the grace to allow your opponents time to call their subs. Given hunter did not allowed them when the match was gonna start. Speaking about players and taking 2 "mercs" aside, we have 7, refuting the claim of us not having at least 7. Before they left, we already had the full roster, we have the screenshot to prove it, and i promise we do not lie.
Speaking about mercs, in the previous match against them, we allowed them to have mercs, didnt care how long they took to get them because we were pumped and wanted to win it ourselves. Instead, they were ungrateful. Sure, they can argue the match time was changed last min, therefore not giving them time to call their subs and mercs. Isnt that the same situation we were in? BUT, we played to our fullest abilities.
About "ready-ing up", we gave in to their argument and asked for a disadvantageous 7-9. Instead, they shut us off, not batting an eyelid and left the server. How can we ready-up when they dont even agree to play with us?
They used to same tactic against HNM and Apex previously too, forcing forfeits due to mercs and "insufficient" players. To point out the obvious, they are just here to GET the medal with least effort. One of the team member even said (in pm) they are just here to get the medal (popularity). If they were so gracious, why cant they reschedule the match or discuss further, also given their team members are 24/7 on tf2/online. Finding loopholes to win, not allowing negotiations, lying and using such harsh and absolute treatments to us, dont u think they are obviously here to win with using underhanded means? (P.s. their 6s team FFS also used the same "Force Forfeit" method to get 3 easy wins this season". Anyhow Only already has 3 forced forfeit wins so far, dont you think their ego and doings are too much?
I urge everyone to read in between the lines. Rules are meant people, not people for rules. Being We are not concerned about the rankings anymore, but hope for justice to be served. I'm not asking you guys to overturn this decision or something. My team and I are just frustrated that they are just being a bunch douchebags (sorry to be offensive) who refuse to play fairly or have some sportsmanship. I want to end off on the note that Daddy accepts the matcb outcome decisions, but appeal that Anyhow does not get away with such hideous acts.

I know rules are absolutely essential and to ensure fair and harmonious play. However, when we restrict ourselves too much by the rules, people can twist and turn them and the rules will lose their purpose.

"Firstly about the regular match against daddys, they requested 5-6 hours before the match that they had requested me to forward the match by an hour, due to this we had to use mercs. While they told me both side will be restricted to 2-3 mercs,they used 4 which I did not notice until i was watching the stv demo.

Secondly HNM, they had 6 players in the server and were waiting for the rest of their lineup I had asked their leader how long more they wanted me to delay the match,but their leader had stopped replying and left us waiting for more than 30 minutes.

Lastly for APEX, we AGREED to wait for more than 15 minutes as we were free that day,but THEY told us they wanted to forfeit the match"
