I'll upload closer pics. As you can see everything is iced up yet people are still driving in the roads.

There's fuck-all in Vancouver.
(But that doesn't stop the buses from running later than they usually do.)

skating rink broke while they were flooding it at a park nearby and now the whole parking lot is frozen. Time to go skating. God bless water pipe brakes.

I'm about an hour and a half from Toronto and we're getting some of this but it's nowhere near as bad.

Should be pretty hot, mid 70's. Don't worry, year round snow is a myth.
Although I did have snow in May last year...

High Park/Junction area here, we still have power, didn't see any downed trees or powerlines when i went to get coffee. Sucks for the guys who don't have power who aren't reading this since they can't :/. If you are in or around toronto, do some simple stuff like making sure you've charged your phone and/or laptop, make sure you have some candles or a flashlight, and make sure you have enough medication to last 3 days if you need it.

Hamilton/Stoney Creek area here, not nearly as cold (+1 right now) and no power out for most of us. Apparently Toronto has over 250,000 people without power and they won't get it back till near Christmas day?
