ESEA S15 LAN (Dallas)

With the ESEA LAN coming around in just over a month, I thought it would be an ideal time to start seeing who all was planning on attending.

Quick Information:
When? January 17-19
Where? Dallas, TX @ Doubletree by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria
*there are NO TF2 events currently scheduled on Friday, 17th
**note Schedule is subject to change due to event scheduling

About the Area (food):
There are two fast food restaurants about 100 feet from the venue, Wendy's and Taco Bell. Across the street there is a Subway and Salt Grass Steak House. In case you forget something important and you are staying the night at the hotel, there is a Walmart near the Wendy's and Taco Bell. The hotel is right next to a major high way (I635) accidents are very frequent here so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get here!

However, I'll be taking the megabus up as school will have already started for me, so is anyone willing to pick me up in the DFW area? (I don't know where the bus drops off at, will let you know when I do.)

Rays, megabus stops in two places in DFW. First it stops in downtown Dallas at the DART East Transfer Station. This is where you'd probably want to meet someone. Next stop is in Grand Prairie, ~20 minutes west of downtown and in the opposite direction as the Doubletree. Pretty sure the first stop is always downtown, regardless of whether you're coming from Austin/SA/Houston.

Thanks for the info. As far as rooming is concerned, I split the cost of my room last time with Mana and Ragorism, it was only $100 for each of us for both nights at the base price (without the ESEA discount), and I thought that was pretty reasonable.

Assuming I'll be able to go, if anyone needs someone to room with while the LAN is going on, I still need a roommate(s). Feel free to add me on Steam if I don't already have you added, and we can talk pricing, etc.

I know, when I booked my room last LAN however, all of the discounted rooms were already filled up by the time that I was trying to get a room. That's why I'm trying to start earlier this LAN, so I don't have the same thing happen. Thanks for info, though.
