Also I can't really stand sourdough, though maybe I'm just not eating it with the right things.

Since my immersion program in Spain I haven't been able to enjoy bread here as much. The bread there is just too fucking good, nothing I've been able to find here can compare. That said, pizzas made with rosemary sourdough with good marinara sauce, swiss cheese, and meatballs is amazing.
