Doesn't necessarily matter which one you buy, with some brands you might get a game or two, you might get better warranty. I guess the biggest difference is the cooler on a GPU. It would be good if you get a card that has a good cooler. But usually those take the price up a bit.

I got a evga 760 4 gb, got it on sale on newegg for 270.00 I think, love it.

duno what pricing is like in america but at least in the UK, you can find an AMD R9 280X for cheaper/same price and the 280X is a good amount faster. if i were you i'd try and find a 280X for the same price, better in pretty much everyway :p

I purchased the MSI version because at the time it was the cheapest non-reference version. I have no complaints so far.

i got mine for £219 while 760s were about the same price (reference coolers about £200 and non-reference £230). for such a small price difference the 280X is worth it over the 760 (plus the extra VRAM may come in handy some time in the future, not saying the 760's 2GB isn't enough though). and that 760 is reference lol who cares about those
tbf 280X prices have gone up a bit because of litecoin mining and shit, just saying though, if you can find a 280X for about the same price as a good, non-reference 760 or just a little bit more it's worth it
