Talking is the best option, if she's incorrigible, try to explain to your parents that she is literally destroying the internet at all hours of the day and night and that you want at least 2 hours of decency. If that's unsatisfactory, buy your own internet and also a fancy chair - I cannot overstate the value of a fancy chair.
