Hello everyone,
Over the past few months or so, #tf2.pug.na has been on the decline. With myself being no longer interested in the game, as well as smaka's decreasing availability, we're currently looking for people who want to continue operating and maintaining the tf2.pug.na service.
We require any of those interested in running the service to have the knowledge of at least a few of the following skills:
* IRC Administration
* Game Server Hosting
* Programming (Ruby, Python)
* Domain Services (Owning and paying for tf2pug.com domain)
* Web Hosting
* Unix/Linux Administration (Terminal/Command Line)
* Dedicated and willing to put in lots of free time
I will be willing to explain how everything is set up, as well as any other information needed to keep the service in running shape.
This search will not last long, however. If we are unable to find any suitable candidates to continue running tf2.pug.na, we will be shutting it down once the tf2pug.com domain expires on June 14th, 2014.
For those interested, feel free to either post here or add me on Steam and clearly state your qualifications when doing so.
Thank you.

Fog,
Can you please elaborate on what the day-to-day would look like for this?
I would imagine IRC channel moderation, ensuring domain is online and manually restarting the game servers should the daemon crash.
Additionally an estimate on time involvement per week would be very helpful.
I don't have a lot of participation around pug.na, but I'm also curious how it's run. Do these services run within a VPS and does that include the game servers at present?
Finally what sort of costs would be associated with continuing the service? I imagine it's more than just the domain renewal.

The day to day is pretty much as you stated.
As for an estimate of time involvement, I would expect at least 20 hours a week (2-3 hours a day) to be a good estimate to start.
The IRC bot runs on a VPS, with the game servers being hosted on NFOServers machines. Both of these are paid for, along with the mumble server, by our sponsors at Command Channel. The domain is the only thing that I currently pay for related to tf2.pug.na
