this game is really fun when you have a group of players who know what they're doing.

i've tried and it seems like it could be fun but i just get random people who don't pass

agreed. playing with random people can be frustrating. there are a lot of people who dont pass and shoot it no matter where they are. when you get to play an organized game with people who pass and dont clutter it gets much more fun.

Its pretty much exactly what its like to play soccer.

On a related note, soccer sucks. Unless you're immediately around the ball, you're not having fun. But you need to be spaced out for a variety of reasons.

This game is pretty much only gonna be satisfying in a team setting. In pubs with randoms, its ass.

Game's fun. The only issue I have with it is the developer seems to be putting all of the focus on the ball and the carrier. The skill ceiling for anything else is very low. Who knows, I don't watch soccer/futbol so maybe that's how it is, but it doesn't make for a very enjoyable and spectator friendly video game. Playing defense is brain dead. As soon as you learn to multitask with the radar so you can protect somebody without looking at them, you've literally hit the skill ceiling.

I wish the right click ez-pass either didn't exist, or wasn't reliable somehow.

edit: also it's annoying that most people have the idea in their head that they should never pass the ball backwards, that they'd rather attempt to shoot it through three enemies than to pass it back.
