Hello! This season I started a low open team (CEVO) with some of my friends and we're in need of a few more people. We are currently looking for one scout and one backup medic. Our current medic's work schedule means that as backup med you are guaranteed two scrims per week. Most likely this would be on Sunday and Wednesday nights.

We have been growing well with regard to both dm and overall experience and realistically I'd say our goal is to reach a steady mid-open level this season... maybe more. We'll see. The team has a core of good friends so expect longevity and sticking together for a long time. We're definitely playing to play hard and improve and not just show up and screw around.
Requirements:
- We get together Sunday - Thursday, 9pm - 11-ish EST. You must be able to be here those times. I made an exception for my medic but that's because he's exceptional. Emergencies and occasional absences are understood, of course.
- No other teams / leagues. No highlander, UGC, etc. Spreading yourself thin is not doing anyone, except perhaps yourself, any favors.
- I strongly prefer the 18+ crowd. I am able to bend this rule from time to time but I have been burned for it waaay too many times in the past. Feel free to try out but expect extra scrutiny with regard to pretty much every aspect of everything.
As far as what I'm looking for - It goes without saying that you need to have a chill personality and fit in with us in mumble (this is not hard imo). You need at least a tiny bit of either dm or gamesense/experience. If your strength is in one or the other then that's something I can work with. If you have neither... well... I wish you luck :|

This is a good group of guys. They run pugs, they are passionate about Tf2. Jag has been around forever and has a lot of experience he can give. Just know it's Jag's way or the highway, but don't be scared he's more than fair and a good dude. All the rest are super nice and constantly getting better at all times.

Jag is a really nice guy and an incredibly talented player; he's had seasons and seasons of being a very, very good demo, and I don't doubt he can do the same on pocket. If you want to go far, Jag can definitely help. If his description fits you, take a shot at it.

Haha yeah the pugs are still Griff Pugs, Max. Seriously nobody is as good as Griffulz at getting people in and getting pugs moving. Also props to him for developing/adopting just and friendly methods for picking and medics and stuff. I just provide the server and co-admin a bit. Shoutout to Griff for being awesome. Also singing.

I like Jaguar. He's a solid player, passionate about the game, and has been a good leader since the days of Echelon. I'm sure you'll have a good time studying under him. As someone who started in the same "class" of players in S11, I have nothing but respect for him. Best of luck, Jaguar.
