Honestly I understand the whole 'fairness' thing and how regardless of what the rules say, games should be fair.
Edit: Rules are supposed to be there to define boundaries. No exceptions to rules. If I had 100-200 ping, they would've just told me to fucking deal with it, and flashed the rules at me as they have in the past.
