Hey, Danian from eSource here!

I spent 4 hours on making this 6v6 roster stream graphic:

NEW VERSION

Keep in mind the shadows on the outside won't be visible on stream. "eeew danian! its so blue!" Blue is our color theme :)

What do you think?

It's nice, the only thing i would change is the Red Color in the circle with the TF2 logo.

I would go for something more sober, to fit with the blue.

otherwise it's cool.

personally I don't like the blue, too cloud9, but that's just my opinion, try a shade of oj or grey

I don't mean to sound offensive or rude in anyway and I have absolutely no experience in graphics design but 4 hours? Seems a bit underwhelming (for lack of a better word) for 4 hours. Is time just taken up by retrying things and altering things? Would just like to know the method.
Sorry if I sound rude.

Haha no worries, I did it while I was at work, so I was interrupted quite a lot and was only able to work on it during breaks. In the end, I guess it took about 2 hours. I'm also not the eSource designer, just a manager and am quite new to photoshop.

Also the way we need to setup our graphics is so they can be recreated in CSS on NodeCG (live graphics system by Lange). So sadly we cant get too fancy with our graphics.
Hope i helped :)

Here's the updated version flame recommended, also made the TF2 icon more orange. Unless you meant make it blue as well lol.

I really think abbreviating the name in the logo isn't the best idea.
Not a graphic designer but I'd go with some icon or something for a small logo like in the tf.tv's footer.

It's there for a reason, our website is esrc.tv so it reminds people of it.

The margins in your centre bar are non uniform.
Any small details (subtitles, thin lines) will be mauled by encoding.
There is a lot of colour in the centre which may distract from the main information - the players names - which hasn't been shown here.

Edit: but it does look pretty nice over all!
