I like it, the text feels a little "pale". You should add +/- frag counts next to the post.

Could add color coding for each forum (or add an icon). Actually, does anybody want to make icons for the website (ie each forum has their own icon for maps and what not)? I can write some code to increase the general readability to the forum.

#5 I got used to the NATF2 homepage, gotfrag sidebars not good enough for me now.

I'd swap the colors for the thread title/thread starter, as is the brighter color is on the thread starter, giving it emphasis and making the page more busy than it needs to be.
