I always used the WMO. The mouse looks close to the same size as the WMO but oddly feels a lot slimmer. I went from using a palm/claw kind of hybrid grip to more of a claw grip, and it actually doesn't feel too bad.
Driver software through Ninox.org was really easy to use. One page to set Windows slider sensitivity, pointer precision, and polling rate. One click to change to 1000 Hz. :)
The LEDs having colours was a surprise. I currently have my mouse set to cycle only between 400 and 800 DPI with red and blue lights respectively. Might add 1600 DPI to the cycle as well just for browsing since 400/800 is pretty slow for general use.
I haven't had any major issues in the first hour that I've used it. Aiming feels consistent but I'll need more time to play to get a better opinion of it. Finals are occupying all of my time... That said I never thought I would replace my WMO with anything but the Aurora definitely is better.

Apparently you can fit the internal sin a WMO body if you're interested in that

Really really well made mouse, the sensor feels flawless so far too. It's pretty amazing how accurate this optical sensor is for the price that we all got it for.
LOD is taking a bit to get used to. Is it really 2m LOD? Not sure why it feels so different. Also, can you edit the LOD of a mouse or is it always preset?
The driver's seem to lock up for like 20 seconds whenever I apply a change(windows 7 x64), still works though. Not big issues since its still new.
Love the LED colors too. Just a really solid mouse so far, I'm impressed.

has anyone who retrofitted it into a wmo case posted pics and impressions?

lod seems really high, mouse feet (are they hyperglides?) seem to be spaced awkwardly which can cause the mouse to "rock" - other than that no complaints
it's so light aaaaaa

I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but currently my mouse can only use its scroll wheel and can't move at all. Kinda sucks :<

Piggybacking off what tooth said earlier you can't press m1 and m2 at the same time with the mouse. It's incredibly frustrating to have to rebind jump to space when you've been playing with jump as m2 for years and have to relearn how to ctap.
The only issues besides that is that the LOD feels pretty high to me as someone who lifts the mouse a lot and the default mouse feet setup makes the mouse feel unstable and the mouse feet themselves feel like they glide less than other mice I've used.
TL;DR fantastic shape and weight, meh mouse buttons and scroll wheel, LOD feels a bit high but perfect sensor besides that.
The mouse is really solid but it's not perfect.

I got mine and loved it. Think its perfect. Especially after owning a bulky deathadder.
But I know other people have had some issues.

I hate the scroll wheel on this thing but that's my only real issue with it; not really a problem if you aren't a freak who uses scroll for weapon switching, it's nice aside from that

pfff :/
edit: i hope bst continues making mice, and the next one(s) won't have all the trouble with shipping or one of the hardware defects/flaws

Sounds like I should wait on this mouse to hopefully get a v2 or is it, with all it's current problems, still better than most? How long do you think it would take bst to make a v2 if it took 3 years to make the first one? Been using a Naga Molten for ~2 years and, even though the thing has been an awesome mouse for being targeted toward moba players, I think it's time to move on to a mouse that more suits my needs.
Btw what mousepad would you guys suggest to go along with such a light mouse with a great optical sensor? I want to lower my sens from 9.1" to maybe 10-14" once I do get a new mouse. I originally wanted to go for a 'glide on ice' type of feel but a few people have said you want the opposite when using a low sens so once you do get enough momentum to move quickly you can still stop accurately.

If you're coming from a Naga...That thing's 135g. You're almost halving the weight of your mouse.
The heaviest end of most gaming mice is about 105g, and the majority sit at 85-90g. You're in for a bit of a shock, and you're probably going to need a lot more mouse space to help ease you into the change. I personally like deskpads as they give you a lot of room to fling your mouse around at a lower sens. Alternatively you can try a QCK Heavy (they wear fairly quickly) or a Puretrak Talent (hard to find depending on where you live).
TL;DR: get something big and cloth

TO anyone that uses a low sens, have you had any problems hitting the max m/s with this? I've been getting more and more problems recently with my FK spazzing out when rocket jumping/making 180 flicks. It's annoying me to the point of thinking about just getting a new mouse.

Just to confirm, most of these mice are being shipped with defective mouse buttons. Not only is it visually defective with one mouse button clearly higher than the other, but the buttons can't be clicked simultaneously so you can't rocket jump reliably for example. Return the mouse and wait for a fixed version.

Where are you hearing that it's most of them? If my mouse has either problem it's not too noticeable or it's non-existent.

Esreality, overclock.net, and here, for example. Common problem with the mouse being reported by many people. Bst has yet to address it either strangely, even though it is very widespread.

I have a large Goliathus (before they named it either speed or control so idk what it falls under). It does the job fine but wasn't sure if I was missing out on anything better.

people having trouble with the high lod can put a piece of scotch tape on the sensor, won´t affect tracking precision
i used to do this on the deathadder i had many moons ago

The only problem I've with this mouse is the software so far. I was able to set it up initially but since then I could not get the software to open. I've had to uninstall it and then re install just to change settings. I've heard that's been a problem, hopefully an update will come out fixing that.
Besides that I can only say great things. Great sensor (haven't had any issue with loss of tracking after flinging it across my mousepad), very very light, no defects.
Also I personally really love the scroll wheel and side buttons. I think they're really easy to use and I love their texture/size.

I run an 11 inch/360 (28cm) and I never hit the max perfect control speed. It was seriously tough to move the mouse as fast as I did in the Enotus test. I use a Steelseries QCK Heavy.

For comparison purposes with this, I ran a few tests in enotus with mice I already own:
Zowie FK - 2.99m/s
G100s - 2.92m/s
WMO1.1a - 1.83m/s
Kana V2 - 4.25m/s
Personally I have never hit control speed on my g100s and I hit it rarely on my WMO, only during CPMA.
