The HAF 912 I bought had to come out of somewhere in Cali, everything else shipped from Memphis so I got it today. Will possibly post a build album alongside a finished product picture when the case gets here.

That beautiful moment when you look at all your boxed parts right before building. Ahhhh

Yeah, and this is my first custom build as well so I get to experience all the joy and frustration for the first time.

Looks nice. Cleaner than my first build.
I'm one of those guys with the H440. I am a sucker for white/black and mimalism. The LEDs inside are now off though as the PCB that controlled them started to smoke last night. Luckily I caught it in time and I am not going to risk using them again.

Could you post pictures of the PCB? I'm interested in what part failed.

I caught it very quickly (within 15 seconds or less probably) and you can't really see any damage to the PCB.

If it was smoking there will be some sort of visible damage. It won't be easy to take good enough pictures though, especially if you don't know where the damage is.

First time build from around two months ago, I think I did well with cable management.
Processor: Intel i5-4690k
Motherboard: ASROCK Z97X Killer
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB 1600Mhz
Cooler: Corsair H100i
PSU: Corsair CX600M

This is my first build, and I've been using it since about April, 2014. Cost $1100 at time of purchase, and runs like new still. Recently I bought an SSD for ~$140 which I'll be adding in the next few days. Wiring's a little bit messy but I had some odd cable lengths to deal with here and there. If it works it works, though.
