TF2 Player heads look weird

The faces look purple with black stripes.
Need some help restoring them to the plain green they were before (in non-public servers (when i make a server) this does not show purple-black but green like it should).

Tried the re-installing part. I like the skin so i'd like to keep it. If there is no fix i'll live with it.

Tried the re-installing part. I like the skin so i'd like to keep it. If there is no fix i'll live with it.

Idk. I got it from a friend so that i can see the heads clearer. Not a cheat, i contacted valve and they said it was ok.

i think something legit broke with custom stuff from .vpk's recently. i found a gibus reskin that has the same issue as OP with missing textures. best bet is to open the vpk with gfcscape and verify the folder structure is ok.
