cinq's bot was fun and i loved it, pingu's bot is very stupid, we had 8 demos added in the last one i played it took me playing medic to actually play in one of the pugs, how is that fair to a newer player like me if i cant play the class i want to get experience in?

Fixed for readability. Also, maybe people think you're bad?

What is that kind of attitude hooky? #tf2.pug is designed to help out the lower level player, it was designed to guarantee a player to play a game in a predictable amount of time. For the players who are seeking a more challenging / competitive experience they can play in #tf2.pug.na or wait for the captain PUG to start in #tf2.pug. I think Saltysally is making a valid point, this guy want to gain experience on a class but the actual system won't let him have some playtime on it. How is that even good for a beginner channel?
One major point people are missing is, I made this prototype to prove that the basic of the concept works and is liked. The grand scheme was to actually build around the new concept and bring many improvements on it. Now... what they are choosing is to rewrite the exact same basic features in the other bot I don't wanna work with. They are already behind what I have already done and I don't expect them to be the one bringing the new features on the new system. A full year and half ago I told them about this whole idea and I explained them that it's where the channel should heads towards to. I was expecting that by then, they would have completed this thing. No, they didn't, they chose to write an almost identical bot to mine in a different programming language. When I realized that the project wasn't even close to being finished (wasn't even started) I took some of my free time during a month and I did it. Now they are seeing that this thing has potential and they want to repeat the same old dumb story again... How am I supposed to view these guys now?
No wonder I no longer want to work with them, I tried hard enough already.

cinq's bot is the only reason I asked for admin in #tf2.pug. Now it's just a shitfest again with the old bot.
I agree with saltysally - the way the channel is now basically locks out any newer players from playing certain classes without spending a long time waiting (and even then they're not guaranteed to get in). I really enjoyed using the channel when it was running the first version of the bot that guaranteed a spot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Now it's like a lower tier of pug.na. The better, or more well-known players get picked over the newer and perhaps not as skilled/experienced players. This channel no longer offers the same opportunities it did to new players under the original bot. If anything, it has become more hostile towards new players.

I was adamant on keeping the cinq bot, but everyone seemed to want the other bot back for whatever reason.
cinq just create a new channel so you can do what you want to your bot and get it to where you see it being.
You wont have an issue getting admins at all and as for servers, tragic already offered to donate them for you.
No use fighting the other admins for your bot to get implemented.

So is this going to happen? Im actually interested in 6v6 but im completely new :<

It's how I expect some captains would think. Also, add the fact that he's not really liked anyway. No offense, but it's true; you aren't well liked salty.
But a new channel would only solve half of that problem. The part about not being well liked? You should probably work on typing on forums. Your posts are often unreadable. No offense, just trying to give some advice.
Now, I'm probably derailing the thread by now, so... sorry. :(

Ya, I keep hearing that too, but never directly from the mouth of anyone. It's always talked about in the form of "I heard people want this" when in reality it seems like someone is just silencing the voices of those who want the other bot back. Weird.

Cinq. Make a new channel that's all you have to do. I'll throw in the servers. I'm sure a couple of people could admin who play on a regular basis and know people from lobby (ie: think). Problem Fixed.
I will do it, I had the intention for a while now, I was just too busy this summer. I am not sure I will be able to use your servers right away when I will launch the channel since my setup needs servers with a CRON job installed but I will let you be the official sponsor for a steal until I change my log/STV transfer over SFTP.
