Highlander has buildings pretty often

It has more rockets loaded, but less damage. Vanilla rocket launcher if you're going to hit the shots, cow mangler if you want the extra shot

it would be viable if it wasn't banned. roamer with 4 shots after jumping would be too good not to mention how stupid the charge shot would be if it miraculously hit something

unless theyve changed it I can't see it being anything less than a straight upgrade

was actually going to use it in that summer ultiduo tournament before I realized they defaulted on 90ping servers

there's a hidden downside where the first rocket reloads insanely slow
the shown reload speed gimp alone isn't that much but the fact that you can't shoot one, reload, etc as well as with stock is massive

iirc there's another hidden downside where the projectiles travel slower than normal rockets too
