I think if you have 5 people paid up on the roster its fine because it shows commitment to playing or something like that, best bet is to message killing.

For some reason I can't pay for myself and when I tried to do so, it sent me to the screen where it says "sorry but you have to try again in 60 minutes" or something like that.

Had that issue when paying for a teammate, just wait 60 mins. That's what I did at least :)

Yeah, same happened to me last season. If you wait it works after the 60 mins.
