As the title implies, I'm looking for advice on airshotting wild strafers in MGE. I can airshot players that don't strafe pretty consistently, but the players that do strafe/wildly strafe give me problems and generally escape the shot. I also have some problems connecting multiple airshots/ air juggling opponents, so I'm looking for some tips to improve there.
Try and predict where they're going to strafe to and shoot below them when they have less momentum and a more predictable strafe
As far as juggling it's just knowing the delay of your rockets which comes from practice, try and hit them at the lowest point so the rocket shoots them up and resets their falling momentum

By wildly do you mean that they're strafing left and right? If so then expect them to go right when they go left etc. You can get hints about where people want to go based on their playstyle. A lot of people favor directions and will tend to go to the right or left more of the time so that's always something important to look for. A lot of people will strafe very wide and do it frequently which is, for me at least, hard to expect when you're used to people doing the usual left, right, left, right. Many high-level players wait a while because they're more comfortable with waiting for a shot that they're pretty positive will hit rather than taking what can sometimes be a 50-50 chance.
Also take into consideration the environment. Although this plays a bigger factor ingame it's still important to take note of the possible places someone can land. Many players like just going high ground every time but others will change it up by purposefully landing off of it and disadvantaging their position in exchange for catching you off guard and maybe landing enough spam to knock you off too (think gully mid).
When it comes to juggling the main reason I miss double or triples is because I react too fast. The most important factor is to calm down and take a few milliseconds longer to line up the shot rather than flick and miss. And ya, aim as low as you can on the person so you can keep popping them up (if it would benefit you).

indecencywait and shoot the flesh colored body of mass
I have blood off.
I have blood off.
I just let my penis do the talking, depending on were my boner is pointing is were they're gonna strafe

I generally do gunboats MGE so I don't rely on the shotty. But... Valid point.

thakns to you. I feel like I've been getting more consistent airshots when I started tracking the opponent in the air, and then snapping about a half inch to the right/left (depending on where they're going) to make up for delay.

thakns to you too. this actually helped a lot.

Eh... Looking at how I do it, I now see that I also react way too fast. I need to work on that.

A lot more annoying is people who fuckin ctap every jump on mge (other than gran mid). Like, I've noticed you learned ctap, can you not?
ok.. let me just do an inferior rocket jump for no reason
People usually change their strafe the most right around the peak of the jump

Is it really inferior in all situations tho? I understand doing it on spire or gran mid, but for example what would be the advantage of doing it on badlands mid? I kinda find it easier to airshot since it's a lot more predictable air time and gives you time to place yourself properly to surf their rocket, it's just annoying because I have to flick a lot more and since I have kind of a low sens it's tiring.

its obviously superior if you think its more annoying to play against.

I have an In/360 equivalent of 450 DPI on a 1920 x 1080 screen, and I have absolutely no problems flicking.

I have around 32cm(13inches)/360, after like half an hour if I have to flick constantly my hand starts to get really tired.

32cm is like tyler sens bud you should be tearin up the sky lol .........
If they are hard to airshot wait for them to bomb and time their rocket so you can surf it giving you a height advantage and fire down 2-3 rockets on them. :P

My sens is >40cm and I have no problems, if trying to hit airshots tires you out maybe you should increase your sens rather than blaming people for ctapping?
