oh god yes I've been waiting for this since they announced it on kickstarter, it was supposed to be released last year lol

was too late to back it @ kickstarter, but got the 70$ pre-order for armikrog (includes art, soundtrack and all that stuff).

grew up with The Neverhood, loved everything about it. but i never had to pay for it, so i figured i'd just pay the maximum for this one :-)
can't imagine it'll be better than the neverhood, but i have no doubt that it'll be fucking awesome.

did any of you play Skullmonkeys as well? My favorite PS1 game, amazing platformer :D

i played a bit of skullmonkeys (emulated on PC), but unfortunately the genre/gameplay (platformer) just isn't for me.
really tried to get through it, because i wanted to hear the awesome soundtrack and see the awesome clips, but alas :>

How is this not coming out for Xbox One when it's coming to other consoles and Windows?
I want to enjoy it with my TV and amplituner rather than monitor screen and headphones :/

only console it's coming out on is the wii u, and that was a kickstarter stretch goal

It's also on PS4 afaik which is why I'm confused. Wii U exclusive could be for it's unique features like Game Pad and PS4 exclusive just to be backed by Sony especially as Skullmonkeys was an exclusive too.
Still gonna definitely buy it on Steam.
And also please don't hate how consoles are shit for this kind of a game, just see some gameplay of Game of Thrones :D

I remember this game on greenlight in 2012. It looked really interesting, kinda forgot about it

Wow just got flashbacks to playing the demo for neverhood that came with an install disk of somekind as a kid. My dad and I sat at the PC for 10 minutes trying to find the 'any' key to exit after the credits.

Well, at least one of my kickstarters finally pays off. I never even played Neverhood, but I funded it because I like the idea of an old games team reviving one of their former projects.
