Does anyone else have a problem with this command after today's update? Seems like setting it to 0/1 doesn't even do anything.
Btw setting it to 0 should look like this http://fakkelbrigade.eu/chris/configs/screenshots/maxframes_badlands.jpg
Edit: grape's right, but it still doesn't work for me. I have mat_filtertextures 0 in my cfg.

actually go into your game and look in console by typing mat_filtertextures and see what comes up, you might have it defined twice somewhere in your cfg

yeah my crosshair looks a lot different now.... not sure if they broke the command completely or if they just changed it but I hate it

The update actually fixed the issue I was having with mat_filtertextures 0 (many textures becoming unlit and black). Make sure you have mat_filterlightmaps 0 as well if you want it to look like that.

Yeah, they broke this command (For me at least)
setting mat_filtertextures to 0 or 1 or mat_filterlightmap to 0 or 1
does nothing for me and all the stock crosshairs except the default are now transparent.

Yeah all my textures no longer look blocky. I have both mat_filtertextures and mat_filterlightmaps set to 0 so Valve must have changed it (or broke it).

I'm just gonna ask here before I open a new thread. Is this fixed yet? I don't play with the maxframes config anymore so I can't test it myself.

It works. I think you're supposed to use both filtertextures and filterlightmaps if want to turn them on or off.

For some reason I have to turn it on and turn it back off to get it to work.
