Dummy shows up for the first time in months, people take him seriously, only to be coaxed into yet another snafu.

who cares? thats btwn medred and ash. the whole point of this thread has been hijacked by people talking about medred now. and its not really even that hostile considering what ash said.

MedRed is also a part of the community and has the right to publicly not accept Ashes apology just like you and I have the right to publicly accept his apology.
Med also has the right to express how he feels about the situation from his own eyes because Carters actions and Meds response(pulling his donation) caused all this. They are the two main people behind this so you'd expect him to express his viewpoint on the issue.
And yes, you do also have a right to not agree with MedReds posts but there is a line between "I've said what I think on this subject" posts and "My posts are just becoming fuel for shitposters and mindless drama guzzlers to feed off"

You're still missing the fact that medred made it his own witch hunt/crusade to get back at Ash and using his financial situation as some sort of fucked up entitled badge to show how he's The Guy Who's In Command Around Here when he's not.
I never liked Ash and wether or not he was being honest with his apology is gonna be determined in the next couple of weeks, and Medred derailed the thread himself after Dummy called him out on his fucked up boasting/entitlement.

What's done is done at this point. Froyo made the right move coming forward and publicly apologizing. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place (by anyone, not just Froyotech players), what matters now is moving forward from it and making sure it doesn't happen again.
With matchmaking on the horizon and a potential surge in growth of the competitive scene, its important to keep in mind how we present ourselves to those looking in. No sponsor possibly looking into this game wants to see hateful remarks such as those in question from players, especially from those at the pinnacle of the competitive scene. They see that as a potential PR nightmare, among other things. Refraining from using these remarks isn't only important from a sponsor standpoint, but also just the fact we should respect others, plain and simple.
This is by far the best online community I've ever been a part of, and I know many others feel the same. Let's make sure we don't give people a reason to think its not the best as we move forward.
