The more I see this map in action, the more I find that pushing with uber advantage is not enough to get the cap. It seems that you have to get kills in order to push or have like a super quick stack cap strat with both scouts on it. Whenever I see teams, mine included trying to just push on a huge uber advantage, it seems like the defending team has the easiest time in the world of kiting the uber. From being able to run upper and rotate through the other side or rotating through spawn, it seems to just shit on an uber. Discuss?
Step 1. get an uber advantage any way you can. lots of ways to do this. Spies, snipers, 4-man bomb, push keep your medic up and kill theirs, etc.
Step 2. uber in. While they are kiting your uber, get on the point and force them to collapse to the point
Step 3. Kill them
Step 4. victory blunt

Option A: Shove them in spawn with the uber and cap before the uber is done.
Option B: Kill them with uber and cap when they're dead.
Many people attempt to do B, but they fail because the other team uses spawn. When you're pushing any last with an uber advantage, you must be aware that they might cycle through spawn and you must be ready to cap as soon as they do (rather than standing outside of spawn and putting rockets on a heavy sitting on a resupply cabinet).

IMO, running a pick class if you have equal ubers is fine. However if you've got advantage you should be able to have one of your scouts call out where there combo is holding. When you do this push you should focus on frags, but be ready to back out. Their second isn't that hard to hold so if you back out you can get another chance at pushing.
If they rotate up top or into spawn, call focus on the classes that didn't get out, or if they all did that, get on point and lay down the spam.

If your team is playing against idiots like me, try pushing far right. You won't get as much pressure on the enemy combo but you are bound to pick off a scout and/or a soldier. Gotta be really quick with it though. Plus you can wrap around them up to the bunker area for shenanigans.
options for pushing last:
1.) sac a scout and have them come up as a pick class (sniper/spy), wait for a pick and push with uber.
2.) cause a heavy distraction on one side (fake an actual push, show your medic a little if they dont have a sniper), and have the roamer try to pick the med or force a pop.
3.) roll with momentum from 2nd and get position on last before they can setup to defend.
