New skins weapons appear transparent in backpack, loadout menu and inspect item/freeze cam.
Even with default HUD, the problem exist.
Will be some graphics line on my autoexec?
Remembering that the model of skin in the game is perfect and blur-free. The problem only appears in the game's menus, as mentioned above. (backpack, loadout menu and inspect item/freeze cam)
If anyone knows the solution, I would be immensely grateful. =)

Unfortunately, I think this is an issue on Valve's end.

I think not, because I've seen some streams that do not have this problem.
I believe to be some line graph that harms, just do not know exactly what.

i've seen more screenshots with that glitch.
do you use a fps config? maybe it's related to a specific cvar..

But that's exactly what I mean. But what cvar?
Example "mat_picmip", changes the quality of weapon in game, but does not change in the backpack.
What would be the cvar that would change in the backpack?

I found! (Yes, you need the three cvars activated. And not only the "mat_phong 1")
mat_phong 1
mat_specular 1
mat_bumpmap 1
