I'm still trying to make this team thing work out but if it doesn't I suppose I will be on the market. I'm looking for a high IM or (dare I say it???) lowish invite team to call my own.
At this point I have no idea if I'd do better as demo or pocket, depends on the team prolly. I like heals on both, but try to use those heals to make the game go well for all my friends. I like to main call and to do a bunch of nerdy out of game map reviews and stuff, you know the sort of things they do in real esports!!! Seriously, though, one thing I think I'm actually pretty good at is getting a (cooperative) team to improve and work together better over the course of a season.

still suffers from the "I'm right and there is no way I'm wrong" attitude and expects certain things from certain people that maybe he shouldn't
if you can get past his attitude he's not a bad teammate and maincaller and hasn't really stagnated in skill from what I've seen

everytime i pug with him he won't stop talking about how be he beat my team even though he didn't win a playoff game and we won the division.
besides that though i think he's pretty great, good calls and *generally* right. dm is pretty up there too

Can be a bit offputting/leave a bad first impression, but once you play with him more, he is a good maincaller and player.
He is probably open to criticism, but he can be a bit over-aggressive/arrogant about his own calls sometimes - even if they aren't right in some cases. He may need to work on that; but I'm unsure, I haven't played with him that much.
I wouldn't say it's not bad enough to not give him a tryout for your team, though.

Mustard is fun to play with once you get used to his personality. He has very impressive maincalling and decision making, which can do wonders with the right players around him. Does tend to get a bit too over heated in some situations though, but I very much enjoyed playing with him on ML-Blue. Very talented player that deserves a top IM team at the least.

agree with basically everything botmode said 100%. due to the amount of time he has spent watching and playing this game, he has a very specific mindset about how it should be played. if your team lacks leadership, he is the person to pick up, no questions asked. he will work with you to help you improve and better fit the role he wants you to play on his team. he will be 110% dedicated to making you win.
