They get a short time to get fully paid up. It's generally a day or less. After that they're removed.

It has basically nothing to do with tf2 at this point.

Paid for someone's spot ($14 in canadian) in open, several hours later they leave the roster. He also left to play for another team that has lots of other players and is still using my payment to stay paid on the roster. I'm really pissed off right now.

EDIT: the team he left is now pending for a 6th player too. probably will keep it anonymous tho

EDIT 2: he added me after, and although the situation wasn't perfect and an open team wasn't really saved, all is well. fuck the Canadian dollar though it was like $14 for league fees gotta love that Canadian economy

So with the entire week extension and the amount of rosters with 5 paid (or less but still want to play), I'm expecting a 45 team Open season, which isn't bad at all.

I'm not sure if Uni writing for open is a great or absolutely terrible idea.

uni could just throw out some tier-list and the people would go nuts. he wouldn't have to do any sort of in-depth analysis or anything, just update it week by week

it's foolproof, the need for more tiers is just too strong
