The technique of this speedrun is a little sloppy and I think there are some things that we can improve to shave the time off by maybe even another 30s or so! Note that the timer we're using is the logs.tf timer to calculate our speedrun times.

This isn't really that efficient imo, you could just get a bunch of good players, wipe the enemy at mid, and send the whole team to spawn camp except a roamer.

the biggest waste of time is capping so you need to minimize time spent on it

I think both soldiers or soldier + demo would be better, you probably end up wasting close to 10 seconds every round just travelling between mid and 2. Obviously you can't send the demo because he is needed for the spawn camp to be efficient.
Thinking about it more you may want to wipe them on mid and then not spawn camp and instead try to use the uber to stuff the other team and cap asap that way you can have x6 on every cp except last which would probably be x2 as the rest of your team is trying to keep the enemies occupied while you cap. Definitely want to send a demo to last after mid to make sure there is no sentry if trying this strat though.
You could probably calculate the travel time between points as well the exact diminishing returns on stacking a point and come up with an optimal strategy. I think fragging the enemies is the way to go though as it allows you to focus on optimal cap time rather than trying to backcap and worrying about delays.
