I get sleep, and plenty of it. I try not to strain my eyes by having anything to do with a video screen, so I read the thickest books I can find and call a bunch of people. Everyone I call usually has their own insane remedy for my ailment that makes for some amusement. Never try any of them without checking with my doctor. Install lots of air freshener in the loo. Obsessively clean my keyboard, mouse, and monitor till they gleam. Hydrate gently.
