how do i make a mixtape

i showed my friend some of the music i like and she wants me to make a "mixtape" for her. i'm not gonna use an actual cassette tape tho, just gonna use cd's instead. i've got all the songs i want picked out, but i don't know where to get decent/high quality mp3 downloads for them (i generally just stream off of bandcamp or spotify). can someone please help me?

if you don't care about the quality of the music, listentoyoutube.com does a good, free job of converting youtube videos into .mp3's, but you get YT quality sound, which isn't exactly ideal

Using 320kb/s as a search term will help you out a bit as well. That is likely the highest quality you will need for this. I've always used cdburnerxp to burn music discs https://cdburnerxp.se/en/home so you may wanna check that out, but there are many many others out there. (including windows built in one). Do what owl and I suggest; rip it straight from YouTube. It's by far the easiest method and as long as you search for high quality versions of the songs you're looking for there's absolutely nothing to worry about.

We can't exactly link torrents on here but it's usually pretty easy to find a 320/V0/V2/flac version of any album on your usual torrent sites. You can also Google this to try to find people with it on their open fileservers, but you will have to manually check the bitrate.

To go off of what deetr, I just usually search the song/album/artist, filter by most seeded, and check comments for quality on thepiratebay
