Yeah, neo is the 4th best player on his team, it gave it to a player based on team success not on individual strength.

Fixed, downside of doing that on a mobile phone is sometimes things dont copy haha.

As for Tf2, I do hope, it would not be an expensive move for them, unless they made it one.
