Nothing random about it that can make it inconsistente, its all about speed and angle , if you can control that you can pretty much get it everytime

Not like it's a huge risk compared to some demo alternatives on specific maps. I will admit it's a bit odd with one super specific and high-speed rollout on Process, and then just nothing like it on other maps. It'd be interesting to see some new routes being found.

The process rollout is not a speedshot, just a ramp slide jump. Much easier to perform consistently, reduces far less hp and more consistent trajectory.

anyone have the video of the process rollout where you speedshot choke and then surf the point or something and then you can pogo behind them before they get to choke or land in choke with 4 rockets

The main reason I don't think many are found is because honestly there's almost no point in doing them a good portion of the time when you would be far better off with getting to mid slightly later but with 300 health. Some maps do have some pretty established fast-ish alternative rollouts like going choke on Badlands and under point on Gullywash but they're situational at best in my opinion. I think some maps rollouts could probably be optimized a bit more but maps like Process are about as good as they're going to get most likely, you can do the standard fast rollout somewhat faster but it's far more inconsistent and difficult to pull off.

As for actually finding new rollouts I think maps like Sunshine and Metalworks likely have the most potential for new routes. I've seen a few people do interesting jumps on sunshine but there is a really pesky clipping brush over flank that prevents a lot of cool stuff sadly. On Metalworks I think the little ramp on the right side of mid could be used if you went out flank but since the mid is not very wide there you'd be better off just doubling off the wall near upper anyway.

I've found fast rollouts for standard maps that you can make unexpected plays with, but they require harder jumps and are therefore more inconsistent. I think the biggest thing that can be improved upon right now is streamlining practical rollouts from forward spawns because those could be done consistently and save a whole lot of time.

This is the fastest sunshine rollout I could make. It's kinda inconsistent to hit, though, and any demo who rolls out choke should still kinda beat it. I guess it does work if their demo goes alley like he did in this one, though.
