Just launched 12 new German (Düsseldorf) servers which should have way better pings for Western Europe. DDoS protected too, yay! Look for RheinBrigade and let me know what you think. These will probably replace the 12 FritzBrigade servers.
I've noticed that there is no more slate servers (EU). Have you removed them?
The new RheinBrigade servers seem great. Better ping from Portugal.

Slate had a bad server crash, requiring a reinstall. They're back since this weekend.

Good to hear, they're much closer to you than my other German servers.

Because it's summer, kids everywhere are bored in their mom's basement. So DDoSing is back :/
The Düsseldorf servers' DDoS protection sadly consists of "we protect our network and turn off your server".
I blame BOTV Jon.

Today I asked Arie if he's going to fix the sourcemod bug (sm_cvar doesn't work to phohibit picking up mediguns).
Unknown command "sm_cvar"
Arie - serveme.tf: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Zeluboba: aren't you gonna fix that?
Arie - serveme.tf: No
Zeluboba: can I get the refund for 20 days then?
Arie - serveme.tf: No
http://i.imgur.com/fcuS5uW.png
then my comment was removed and I got banned from serveme and all the servers :^)
nice attitude :)
edit: http://i.imgur.com/tF7nfUq.png <- refund
That's why I think big projects should be controlled by a group of people, not single on. Be careful, people, and think twice, before donating to this nice project, especially big money. I find it very funny and serious banning people for asking a refund after a developer rejects to fix a bug.

Probably because I blocked you on Steam, I've unblocked you so, try to accept the trade offer again please. I'm not trying to scam you out of 10 ref, you're way more trouble than that's worth.

People publicly claiming I'm somehow scamming them are not welcome on my services.

It's accepted, don't you see?
You refused to fix an issue with a service that I payed for (plus soap dm and mge), banned me on site and all servers, after I asked for a refundб and now you call this 'scamming'? Ha! So childish and unclever behavior!

Asking him to install sourcemod on all his servers is not the same as asking him to "fix" something. If you want to change the configuration of servers past the extent allowed by serveme.tf, then you'll have to buy your own server.

I asked to fix sm_cvar for donator servers which all have sourcemod enabled, but he just refused, didn't even want to sort it out.

You complained about SOAP/MGE not working... when you didn't enable plugins.
You complained about SOAP not working... on a map for which there are no spawns.
You complained about a sourcemod command not working....which works just fine when I use it on the server you're on.
I just went on 3 random serveme.tf servers and ran "rcon sm_cvar tf_dropped_weapon_lifetime 0" without issues.

I have no complaints about neither soap nor mge.
How are they not enabled if I have checked the enable checkbox by default and I don't change it? Even if I checked it during the reservation?
The problem is in sm_cvar command. And I provided you a log and reservation number where it does NOT work. Eleven more people are bystanders.
Did you even try to start a game with people and do it during the game to reproduce the problem marginally?
Did you try to rcon my actual reservation to try it yourself?
Did you try to look server log output?
No, you didn't even try to debug, you just said "no, I won't fix, I don't care lol bye" and that's all. Is that how you debug things? Now I don't care either.

It's been a while since the last real update, so here's what's new:
EU
- Replaced two of the cheap Geman servers (Fritz/Franz) with slightly more expensive ones from a different host with SSDs and better routing to Western-Europe. (Rhein/Wilhelm)
- Launched a very fast (i7 4790k, 32GB, SSD) French server with anti-DDoS optimized for games, running 14 gameservers (Bisou)
- Launched our very first self-owned server (dual six-core Xeon, 32GB, SSD). Hosted in the Netherlands.
http://i.imgur.com/DYxcKVs.jpg
NA
- Moved na.serveme.tf to a faster and dedicated server with more disk space and RAM because it kept running out.
AU
- Relaunched au.serveme.tf, thanks to this wonderful man.
Apart from all the good stuff, we're also saying goodbye to 3 of our long term EU server sponsors.
- Slate shut down his very popular servers last year.
- Team Colonslash will stop renting their dedicated server in March because "all our members just use serveme.tf anyway".
- The VanillaTV servers will shut down in March because SeriousCat is changing jobs.

Due to a lack of paying customers I will not be renewing three machines (2xFR, 1xDE) in the EU region. For now the EU site has no servers available for free, just for paying customers.
Removed the default sourcemod plugin "nextmap" from all servers in all regions, when combined with SOAP DM this would lead to unplanned map changes when the map timer ran out.

ikr, I apologize to the player of the ETF2L match tonight that mentioned this on twitch chat after the match and its premature STV death.
Just because the previous 9 times players were messing with rcon, I shouldn't have assumed it would be more of the same tonight xD

Two small updates:

Added demos.tf support, just check the box when making a reservation to enable automatic uploading of STVs to demos.tf

Server list is now sorted by distance of you to the server (as determined by GeoIP, so not 100% accurate)
Just a heads up. The most recent TF2 server update broke support for servers using Xeon CPUs without AVX instructions. This means about 50% of my EU capacity is currently unavailable.
So make sure to book your reservations in advance until Valve fixes the TF2 server files.

DrummerWas wondering where my dutch servers at
Added some extra French servers on a new machine to compensate.
It hurts though, those two Dutch machines are self-owned, not rented like the others, so I hope Valve fixes this issue soon :)

Had to reduce the amount of available free servers as a result and I've disabled the expensive premium options indefinitely.

I don't think they accept reports about non-item transactions. Also, the person now claims to have used "mom's card" without approval. Causing all his purchases to be charged back now (my transaction was from Feb 16 :/ )
If true (which I doubt) it's kind of amazing you can scam businesses out of their money months later because you let your dumb kid use your card.
