is there any way to know what was the first non-valve, genuine user account? that'd be interesting. and the guy probably doesn't use it anymore which could make it the longest offline time as well.

Steam ids go just increase by 1 every account afaik so you can just start at STEAM_0:0:1 and look through all the first accounts.

no luck on longest time offline though. most profiles are private, there quite a few who's still active, longest i got was 1268 which doesn't come close to the 3420 days dude. he may be the longest time offline anyway
